How will my letter be personalised?
Your letter will be personalised based on the information you entered when ordering the letter.
Is there a postage fee?
Santa’s little helpers at SantaPostBox.com are committed to providing you with outstanding levels of service but unfortunately that does mean we need to add a small processing and postage fee to orders for all orders.
Why is there a ‘postage’ fee charged on Package 1?
Unfortunately, PayPal calls this a ‘postage’ charge but it is actually a processing charge. We cannot rename that in PayPal. The processing charge covers the writing of the letters on letterhead, creating email friendly PDF files and emailing them over to you. As you can imagine, the manual work that goes into this is time-consuming for both letters.
How do I pay for my letter?
We process all of our payments securely through PayPal. The best thing about it is you don’t need a PayPal account, just pay with your credit or debit card as normal and it will be processed via PayPal. SantaPostBox.com will not receive nor hold your financial data, it is all processed via Paypal on our behalf.
Do you pass my details to any other Company?
We will never give or sell your details to another company. We may, however, write to you letting you know of other amazing products we have to offer. We trust that is OK with you, but if it is not, let us know and we’ll remove you from the mailing list.
